Larger homes have more to go wrong and more people coming and going. We keep a running history of yours, so each visit picks up where the last one left off.

Home watch

Unhurried visits through every room, the grounds and the outbuildings. Systems, water, security and anything that looks different from last time, recorded in photographs and sent to you the same day.

The walkthrough

We go through the property with you, or on our own with your notes. Where the shutoffs are, which trees worry you, who services the pool. It becomes the house file we work from.

A plan for the house

How often we come, what each visit covers and what we may decide without calling you. Written down and priced before anything begins.

Then, quietly, we look after it

Photographs after every visit. A call only when something needs your decision. The rest of the time, you don't have to think about it.

Priced for the house, not from a list.

Every property is different, so every plan is quoted after the walkthrough. Monthly, no long contract.

Fortnightly care

For houses you still use now and then. A full visit every other week, and a check after any serious weather.
