Hamptons Nest/Trades & keys

Every contractor met at the door.

A large house has a steady stream of people who need to get in: pool crews, landscapers, the alarm company, the arborist. We make sure each one is let in, watched and seen out.

Why it matters

An empty house is easy to do badly.

Nobody at the house means a gate code that doesn't work, a delivery left in the rain, or a job half finished because nobody could answer a question. Most of those cost a week. Some cost a great deal more.

II

What we do

From the gate to the lock-up.

  • Keys, codes and alarm access kept securely
  • We meet each tradesperson at the agreed time
  • We stay while the work is done
  • Small calls made on your behalf, within a limit you set
  • The finished work photographed before they leave
  • The house locked, armed and left as it was

We work with your own trades, or suggest people we've stood beside on other jobs.
